Ingredients
- One medium sized capsicum, finely chopped.
- Two medium sized Tomatoes, finely chopped.
- One medium size onion, finely chopped.
- 1 Tablespoon of Ginger Garlic paste.
- 2 cup of Boiled-smash potatoes & cauliflower, any vegetables can be added.
- 3 Tea spoon of Butter.
- ½ tea spoon of turmeric powder.
- 1 tablespoon of Kashmiri red chilli.
- 2 tablespoon of PavBhaji Masala.
- 1 tablespoon of Jeera powder.
- Salt as per taste.
Recipe
- Heat the pan and add butter, capsicum and little water.
- Stir them till capsicum gets tender. (Since I do not have big pan, I cook it in two parts, one in big cooking pot and one in pan)
- Add Tomatoes.
- Add ½ tea spoon of turmeric powder.
- Add little water, about 2 teaspoon.
- Cook it till the time tomatoes gets cooked.
- Add the smashed vegetables.
- Add two tablespoon of butter in pan.
- Add two tablespoon of butter in pan, melt it
- Add onions
- Add ginger garlic paste
- Add 1 tablespoon of Kashmiri red chilli, 2 tablespoon of PavBhaji Masala,1 tablespoon of Jeera powder,Salt as per taste
- Add little water and cook all till onion gets cooked.
- Add the onions in smashed vegetables.
- Add little water and mix it well.
- Add green peas.
- Cover it and cook on low flame for 30 mins.
- Garnish it with butter and chopped onions.
- Serve it with bread.
